Effective date: June 30, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the ServeGrace website, platform, AI assistant (“Grace”), and related services (the “Services”) provided by Pure Grace AI, LLC, doing business as ServeGrace. It is part of and incorporated into the ServeGrace Terms of Service and any applicable Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”). We may update this AUP from time to time, and the current version applies to your use of the Services. Violating this AUP is a breach of the Agreement and may result in suspension or termination.
You are responsible for your own use of the Services and for all activity by your end users and anyone using your account.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You will not use the Services, and will not permit any end user to use the Services, to:
-
Violate any applicable law or regulation, or any third-party right;
-
Infringe or misappropriate any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right;
-
Upload, generate, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that exploits or endangers minors (in each case as determined under applicable law or our reasonable, good-faith interpretation of this AUP);
-
Engage in fraud, deception, phishing, impersonation, or misrepresentation of your identity or affiliation;
-
Collect, process, or disclose personal data without all required notices and consents, or in violation of privacy laws;
-
Submit, process, or generate biometric identifiers or biometric information (such as fingerprints, faceprints, voiceprints, or retina or iris scans), or “consumer health data,” through the Services, unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement with ServeGrace; these categories are governed by special laws (such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI), and the Washington My Health My Data Act) that can carry significant statutory penalties and private rights of action;
-
Transmit malware, ransomware, or other malicious or harmful code; or
-
Engage in any activity that is deceptive, abusive, or harmful to others or to the integrity or reputation of the Services.
2. Messaging and communications (SMS, WhatsApp, email)
If you use messaging or communications features, you are the “sender” and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and industry rules. You will not, and will not permit end users to:
-
Send messages without prior express consent that is documented and legally sufficient under the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state and international messaging and telemarketing laws;
-
Fail to honor opt-out, STOP, or unsubscribe requests promptly, or send messages outside permitted quiet hours;
-
Violate the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, carrier requirements, 10DLC registration and brand/campaign rules, or WhatsApp/Meta and other channel policies;
-
Send prohibited message categories, including content related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco (“SHAFT”) where restricted, or other content prohibited by carriers or channels;
-
Send unsolicited, bulk, or unwanted messages (spam), or use purchased, harvested, or non-consented contact lists; or
-
Use deceptive sender identifiers, subject lines, or routing, or evade message filtering, throttling, or spam controls; or
-
Fail to comply with state “mini-TCPA” telemarketing laws, which may impose stricter requirements than federal law — including the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), the Oklahoma Telephone Solicitation Act (OTSA), and the laws of Washington, Texas, and other states — such as narrower calling and texting hours measured in the recipient’s time zone, per-recipient frequency caps, and prior express written consent, several of which carry statutory damages and a private right of action.
3. AI features and outputs
When using AI features, including the Grace assistant, you will not:
-
Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent safety systems, content filters, usage limits, or guardrails;
-
Use the Services to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by this AUP;
-
Present AI-generated Output as professional (legal, financial, tax, insurance, or medical) advice, or rely on Output without appropriate human review;
-
Use the Services, or Output, for any high-risk or life-safety purpose where an error could lead to death, personal injury, or serious physical, environmental, or financial harm; or
-
Use the Services or Output to develop, train, or improve a competing AI model or product.
4. Security and platform integrity
You will not, and will not permit end users to:
-
Access or attempt to access any account, system, data, or network without authorization;
-
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach or circumvent security or authentication measures, except under a written authorization from ServeGrace;
-
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including by denial-of-service attacks or excessive load;
-
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services, or scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted; or
-
Circumvent or exceed rate limits, usage quotas, plan limits, or metering.
5. Third-party provider rules
Your use of the Services must comply with the terms and acceptable-use rules of the third-party providers that power the Services, including Stripe, Twilio, Meta/WhatsApp, Anthropic, and WooCommerce, as applicable to your use and as made available by those providers.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may remove or disable content and suspend or terminate access, immediately and without liability, where, acting reasonably and in good faith, we determine a violation has occurred or is needed to protect the Services, other users, or third parties, or to comply with law or a provider requirement. Where practicable, we will use reasonable efforts to give notice. Our failure to enforce this AUP in any instance is not a waiver of our right to enforce it.
