This page lists the third-party sub-processors that ServeGrace (Pure Grace AI, LLC) engages to Process Customer Personal Data in connection with the Services. It supplements Annex III of our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and is kept current with our production systems. We provide advance notice of additions or replacements as described in Section 7 of the DPA.

Processing is primarily in the United States; some providers may also process in additional regions (for example, for redundancy or support access) — see each provider’s own documentation. Any such processing remains subject to the transfer safeguards described in our DPA, as applicable to each provider.
